摘 要: 主要介绍了高铁功能型水稻的概念,对目前国内外缺铁造成的影响进行了综述。介绍了目前国际上常用的3种测定水稻中铁含量的方法,分别是原子吸收光谱法、等离子发射光谱法和紫外分光光度计法;重点阐述了国际和国内利用诱变育种、分子辅助标记育种及转基因育种等技术,在培育高铁功能型水稻新品种(系)研究中所取得的进展,并展望了我国高铁功能型水稻的发展趋势。 This review introduced the concept of Iron-rich functional rice and summarized the current research progress on this topic. The study was conducted to expose three mensurations of fe content, including atom absorbing spectrum, ICP-AES and UV- spectrophotometer. It also introduced the application of breeding strategies including induced mutation, molecular marker assisted selection and transgenic engineering. The progress of breeding new Iron-rich Rice line was concluded. The study pointed out the prospect of the Iron-rich functional rice.
