摘　　要： 城市CBD是城市中最具活力最繁华的商务区,成为城市发展的品牌和形象,而在城市化水平较高的地区,建设区域CBD,有助于凝聚区域发展优势,提高区域服务水平.文章着眼于整个珠江三角洲的发展,在分析南沙开发的区域背景基础上,分析了区域CBD建设对珠江三角洲区域空间结构优化的重要作用,提出在南沙地区建设区域CBD的设想,分析了建设区域CBD的必要性和可能性.最后对建设南沙CBD的功能定位和发展策略进行了初步探讨. As the most lively and thriving commercial or business district in the central part of a city, CBD usually acts as the brand and image in urban development. So far, the term has almost been used in this sense, yet in the present article it is treated in the sense of regional CBD. Constructing regional CBD in high urbanization area is beneficial to taking good use of regional advantages and enhance regional service level. Based on the concrete analysis of regional background of Nansha area development, the authors put emphasis on the whole regional development of the Pearl River Delta. First the important role of regional CBD on the optimization of regional spatial structure in the Pearl River Delta is analyzed and then the vision of building regional CBD in the Nansha area is put up with. Finally, the functional location and development strategy are discussed to accelerate the sustainable development in Nansha area.
