摘　　要： 《关于"普世价值"的随想》一文的作者在反驳对方观点时有主观强加、歪曲等不公正的做法,在陈述自己的观点时又存在着笼统空乏、避实就虚等问题,因而是不能令人信服的。 The author of the article named ＂RANDOM THOUGHTS ON UNIVERSAL VALUE＂ takes unfair practices such as imposing subjectively and distorting deliberately when he refutes the views of his opponent. There are a lot of questions such as giving too much sweeping statements and avoiding focuses and striking the weak points when he expresses his own opinion, which can not make his points convincing.
