摘 要: 在分析安全系数法设计思想和介绍常用安全系数的基础上,给出飞机结构静强度设计的容许安全系数定义和表达式,并建立容许安全系数与结构可靠度的关系。借助该关系实现给定容许安全系数下设计结构的静强度可靠性评定和给定静强度可靠性设计要求下对应容许安全系数的计算。使结构静强度设计实现从常规的确定性安全系数法设计向可靠性设计的过渡要求,又能保持传统的安全系数法的简单易用性。最后给出设计示例验证。 Based on design idea of safety factor method and introducing general safety factor, a concept and its formula of tolerable safety factor for aircraft structural static strength design were presented. The relation between tolerable safety factor and structural static strength reliability was also given. According to presented the relation, calculating tolerable safety factor under appointed static strength reliability and evaluating static strength reliability for designed under appointed tolerable safety factor structure were implemented. The method can lead structural static strength design accord with requirement of passage from determinate safety factor method to reliability design, also can keep simple and wieldy property of conventional determinate safety factor method. Finally a engineering-oriented example was given.
