摘 要: 综述近3年荔枝和荔枝核及其有效部位的药理及药效学的研究进展。研究表明荔枝和荔枝核及其有效部位具有降血糖、调血脂、抗氧化、抑制病毒、抗肿瘤及抗肝损伤等药理及药效学作用。其中,黄酮类化合物可抑制病毒和抗肿瘤,总皂苷能抑制病毒活性并降血糖、调血脂和增强胰岛素敏感性,黄酮类、总皂苷类和多糖化合物均具有抗氧化作用,多糖能提高免疫功能。荔枝叶、果壳、核仁和果肉含有黄酮类、酚酸类、皂苷类和多糖等多种具有生物活性的成分,应加以综合开发应用。 To summarize advances of Pharmacologic and pharmacodynamic effects of effective element of litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn. )and litchi seed in the past three years. It was demonstrated that the effective element of litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn. ) and litchi seed had pharmacologic and pharmacodynamic effects, such as modulation of blood glucose and blood lipid, anti-oxidation, anti-virus, anti-tumor, and anti-liver injury effects. The falconoid could inhibit a series of virus and had anti-tumor effect; the total saponins could reduce blood glucose, modulate blood lipid, and enhancethe sensitivity of insulin; compounds of flavonoids, saponins, and polysaccharide had antioxidant effect, and polysaccharidecould improve immune function. The leaves, pericarp, seed, and pulp of litchi, which contain biologically active substances: flavonoids, polyphenol acids, saponins, and polysaccharides, should be develooed.
