摘　　要： 按照我国现行制度规定,统计普查经费由中央和地方各级政府共同负担,并列入相应年度的财政预算,目的是完成调查任务。由于普查数据的业绩考察属性,决定了政府间经费供给的力度和偏好,笔者试构建相应的博弈模型和绩效函数对政府统计普查经费的投入绩效进行分析,并提出相应的对策。 According to the provision of the current system of our country, the census is financed by the central government and local governments at all levels and included in the corresponding year＇s financial budget, aiming to complete its investigation task. The performance review attributes of the Census data determines the size and preference of funds supply between governments. The author tries to establish the corresponding game model and performance functions to analyze the input performance of government census funds and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
