摘　　要： 近年来,家族企业研究蓬勃发展,相关文献迅速增加,但由于缺乏相对一致的家族企业界定和测量标准,相关研究的对话和交流非常困难,制约了家族企业研究的发展。本文在文献梳理和理论分析的基础上,避开二分法的缺陷,设计开发了家族涉入指数系统。实证检验表明,该指数系统具有良好的信度和效度,对现有文献常用的家族持股、参与管理等指标具有很好的兼容性,而且能更好的定量测量家族涉入(家族化)程度的多少,可以作为定量研究交流的桥梁。 In recent years, research of family firms is more and more populated. However, because lack of unified definition and measure criterion, which restrict the development of family firm research. This paper based on literature review, avoiding the defect of dichotomy method, developing the family involvement index system. Empirical test shows, the validity and reliability are well and have compatibility to many aspects, such as family control, management involvement and so on. Besides, this system can better reflect the degree of family involvement, which can be a useful tool for empirical study.
