摘　　要： 建筑智能化技术经过20多年的发展己经成为一个新的学科,因为其有自己的问题、应用市场和发展规律,所以教育科研领域只有正视其存在,认识并且大力发展新学科的建设工作,才能保证在新一轮的国际性科技经济市场竞争中赢得一席之地。 By more than 20 years development, the technology of the Building Intelligentization has become a new subject. It has its own issues, own applying market and growing rules, so the field in education and scientific research should envisage its existence and try to develop newly subject energetically, to acquire a space in the new competition of the international technology and economy market. This paper raised these points and discussed them.
