摘 要: 催化湿式氧化法处理COD为2 458 mg/L的印染废水,以废水COD去除率、脱色率、出水pH评价药剂对废水的处理效果。为了提高实验药剂的性能指标,对实验前期所筛选的Fe、Cu催化剂,研制了复合型药剂Fe1Cu1(即m(Fe2+)∶m(Cu2+)=1∶1)),并对其降解印染废水的机理及应用进行研究。实验表明:Fe1Cu1起到了催化和混凝的双重作用;废水的处理效果随药剂量的增加及反应温度的升高而增强;实验确定适宜的Fe1Cu1投加量为150 mg/L,而反应温度为210℃。处理后废水的可生化性大幅度提高,BOD5/COD值由初始的0.016提高到0.420。 Printing and dyeing wastewater with COD content up to 2 458 mg/L was treated using catalytic wet oxidation technology. The performance of the wastewater treatment was evaluated by COD removal rates, decolorization rates and effluent pH. Based on the previous research using Fe and Cu separately as catalysts, a new compound medicament Fel Cul was developed. The degradation mechanism of this new medicament for printing and dyeing wastewater and its application were researched. The experimental results indicated that Fel Cul exhibited both catalyst and flocculant functions; the performance of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment increased with the increase in medicament dosage and reaction temperature; the optimal FelCul dosage is 150 mg/L, and reaction temperature is 210 ℃. The biochemical property of effluent is significantly improved with the increase of BOD5/COD value from 0. 016 to 0. 420.
