摘 要: 以两种不同型号的大功率白光LED为研究对象,通过热阻法和正向压降法综合测量LED的结温,利用荧光光度计测量LED光谱,研究大功率白光LED的结温与光谱之间的关系。结果发现对于不同类型的LED管,光谱蓝白比W/B(W为整个白光发光光谱的积分,B为蓝光部分的积分)与PN结结温Tj均存在线性关系,但线性关系式不同;对于同一LED管,小电流对应直线斜率的绝对值比大电流的大。对这些特点及其相关的物理机制做了分析。 The spectrum and junction temperature of two types high-power white light-emitting-diodes (LEDs) have been measured. The results show that the junction temperature and the ratio of the white spectrum energy versus the blue spectrum energy of the LEDs, have linear relationship. It is also found that the relationship between the ratio and the junction temperature is different with different currents. The order of magnitude of the slope corresponding to the small current is larger than those of small currents. The physical mechanisms are also been discussed, which may be helpful for practical application.
