摘　　要： 成人高等教育是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。目前,我国成人高等教育尚存在教育模式陈旧、层次单一、教育质量下滑、管理不够规范、发展政策和法规不健全等问题。只有从理念创新、法律法规建立和健全、办学模式创新、教学模式创新和管理方式创新等方面入手及时解决上述问题,才能发展和创新成人高等教育。 Adult＇s higher education is an important part to construct the harmonious society. Nowadays, the current adult＇s higher education still has problems such as old education mode, single - level, declining quality, lack of standardized management, imperfect policies and regulations for development. We can develop and innovate in adult＇ s higher education only when we make deep analysis and solve the above problems in the following aspects such as innovating idea, establishing and perfecting law and regulations, innovating school mode, teaching mode, and innovating management mode.
