摘 要: 工业生产上采用超临界CO2萃取技术分离和提取八角茴香油比传统的水蒸气蒸馏法更有优势,通过比较大型超临界装置在超临界恒压、超临界变压、亚临界三种不同条件下萃取八角茴香油的得油率,采用气相色谱-质谱联用分析(GC-MS)来比较八角油的成分及相对含量,研究工业上不同条件下超临界CO2萃取八角茴香油的差异。结果表明:超临界恒压CO2萃取的平均得油率最高,达到14.92%;超临界变压CO2萃取平均得油率为12.7%;亚临界CO2萃取的平均得油率最低,仅有7.49%;三种萃取方法所得八角茴香油的成分和含量差异不大。 The isolation and extraction of star anise oil with supercritical CO2 were superior to those of conventional steam distillation in industrial production. In order to study the difference in extracting the star anise oil with super critical CO2 under different conditions in industry, three conditions including constant pressure of super critical, subcritical, and variable pressure of super critical for the large-scale supereritical fluid extraction device were applied to extract the star anise oil, and the extraction rate of oil, the component and relative content of star anise oil were compared with GC-MS. The resuhs showed that the average extraction rate of oil under constant pressure of super critical CO2 extraction was the highest for 14.92%, that of variable pressure of super critical CO2 extraction was the second for 12.7%, and that of subcritical CO2 extraction was the lowest for 7.49%. Moreover, the components and content of star anise oil had no obvious difference under three extracting conditions.
