摘　　要： 采用不同消毒方法对新疆紫草种子进行消毒,并将种子接种在不同激素、不同培养基中进行培养。结果表明,用15%的H2O2消毒新疆紫草种子15 min可提高种子的发芽率,发芽率最高达92.5%,较升汞消毒的种子发芽率高52.7%。培养基中加碳粉可以促进种子发芽率和无菌苗的质量。消毒方法对新疆紫草种子发芽率的影响最大,不同的培养基和激素对新疆紫草种子发芽率的影响甚微。 The objective of our study was to improve seed germination rate of Arnebia euchroma （Royle） Johnst to get more non-vaccine which can be used as explants in genetic transformation. The seed disinfected by different methods was inoculated on liquid culture medium with different growth culture factors,and different hormones. The results showed that the germination rate of the seeds disinfected by 15% H2O2 was the highest,can reach more than 90%,which was more 52.7% than that of 0.1% mercuric chloride. Medium with toner can improve the seed germination rate and seedling quality. The eonclution was drawn that disinfection methods had the great influence on the seed germination rate, media. Therefore, different medium and hormone had little influence on it.
