摘　　要： 针对我国矿产资源开发规模越来越大,产生的矿山环境问题日益严重的现状,提出了制定全国性矿山自然生态环境治理法规,建立矿山自然生态环境治理保证金制度,以完善矿山自然生态环境治理保证金交纳标准和管理办法,为矿山环境恢复治理提供依据。 There was larger development scale of mineral resources in China and increasingly serious mine environment issue occurred. For this reason, it was suggested that the control laws and regulations for natural ecologic environment of the national mines should be worked out and guaranty funds system for control of natural ecologic environment of mine should be established, so as to perfect payment standards and management methods of guaranty funds for the natural ecologic environment of mine and to provide bases of environment restoration and control of the mines.
