摘　　要： 总部经济是在经济全球化和区域经济一体化时代出现的一种特殊经济现象,也是在中心城市出现的一种高端产业组织形态。深圳总部经济的发展态势表明,中心城市能够通过其所创造的特有条件,在吸引跨国公司和其他大中型企业聚集本城市的同时,也在培育本土的大中型企业成为总部经济,并通过总部集群和产业基地的合作关系,在产业链和价值链的分工之间形成新的互补优势和经济格局,并形成能够使中心城市和周边地区产生共赢的扩散效应和极化效应。 Headquarters economy is a special economic phenomenon which emerges in the era of economic globalization and regional economic integration, as well as a high-end industrial organization form as manifest in central cities. The tendency of Shenzhen-based headquarters economy indicates that the central city can not only attract multinational corporations and other large and medium-sized enterprises to gather in the city, but also nurture local large and medium-sized enterprises into headquarters economy; through partnerships between headquarters clusters and industrial bases, new complementary advantages and economic structure will he formed among the division of labor between industrial chain and value chain; and the proliferation and polarization effect which can enable a win-win situation between the central city and surrounding areas will be formed as well.
