摘　　要： 文章阐述的是不同法律文本中的法律言语行为的翻译及如何评价法律言语行为的翻译。首先对如何评价法律言语行为的翻译提出假设,然后以Sarcevic对法律文本的分类为基础,总结出不同的法律文本中的法律言语行为,并结合典型例子进行翻译评价,进而说明文中提出对法律言语行为的翻译评价这一假设的科学性。 This paper explores the translation of legal speech acts and the translation assessment thereof. A hypothesis of assessing the translation of legal speech act is proposed based on speech act theory and legal text typology put forward by Sarcevic. The authenticity of such hypothesis will be proved by dint of illustrating typical examples from different legal text types. The authenticity of which is proved by typical examples.
