摘 要: 用热型连铸工艺制备的Cu-Cr合金丝具有纤维链状自生复合的显微结构,即定向凝固后Cu-Cr合金中Cr主要分布在胞(枝)状Cu晶体之间,在整体上沿着凝固方向呈纤维链状排列,形成基体相与增强相均匀相间生长的自生复合组织;从Cu-Cr合金拉伸断裂两端形貌看,断口组织细化并出现大量的韧窝,是典型的韧性断口. The Cu-Cr alloy wire has a kind of in-situ composite chain micro-structure propagated by heated mould continuous casting technique. This kind of Cu-Cr alloy wire has the micro-structure with fiber Cr distributed among the Cu base along the solidification direction. And the in-situ composite structure of base phase with strengthened phase was formed. According to the SEM image of Cu-Cr alloy wire's fracture, a lot of dimples were found and the micro-structure was refined, and this was the typical tough structure.
