摘　　要： 基础教育课程改革给教师提出了新的要求,掀起了一轮高等师范教育改革的热潮。韩师作为一个地方师范院校,面对专业的生存和发展需要,选择了以培养研究型中学化学教师的人才培养目标,采取师范性和创新性并举的人才培养策略,开展了一系列教学改革活动,初步探索出了一条人才培养的新途经。 The basic education curriculum reform set the new request for teachers, set offan upsurge which the higher normal education reforms. As a local rmal college, facing professional survival and development needs, has chosen to train research-type secondary school chemistry teachers as personnel training goal, to adopt pedagogical and the innovative developing simultaneously personnel training strategy, carried out a series of teaching reform activities, and initially explored a personnel training new way.
