摘 要: 以玩具汽车外壳逆向设计为实例,介绍了一种新的逆向设计方法。液体作为测量介质,液体的液面与产品之间形成的交线也就是要测量的产品截面线,采用光学系统采集图象,然后通过计算机图象处理技术抽取边缘获得轮廓数字点,利用现有主流CAD软件处理系统进行三维模型的构建。分析了这种逆向工程系统的优缺点。 For example of reverse design to a auto toy shell, The method of RE was introduced in detail. the digitized product which was set up in the vessel with liquid,A intersection profile of liquid would be appeared at the height of liquid face, The image could be captured and processed and the profile would be digitized. By inputting the date into CAD software system,the 3D model could be obtained.
