摘 要: 合成了配合物N,N′-二[4-(4-氨基-3,5-二乙基苄基)-2,6-二乙基苯基]苊二亚胺二氯化镍(NiLCl_2),将其与TiCl_4复合负载在SiO_2/MgCl_2上制得负载催化剂。研究了该负载催化剂对乙烯聚合的催化活性,考察了聚合条件对聚合反应及产物结构的影响。结果表明,负载的NiLCl_2/TiCl_4较之未负载的NiLCl_2催化活性高,最高催化活性达到552kg/(mol·h),而聚合需要的n(Al)/n(Ni)也较相应的NiLCl_2低。 A supported catalyst was synthesized from bis[4-(4-amino-3,5-diethylbenzyl)-2,6-diethylphenyl]iminoaeenaphthenyl diehloroniekel(NiLC12)prepared and supported in combination with titanium tetrabromide on silicon dioxide-magnesium chloride. The catalytic activity of the supported catalyst for ethylene polymerization and the influences of various polymerization conditions on the reaction and the structure of polyethylene were investigated. The results show that the supported catalyst exhibits higher catalytic activity than that of unsupported NiLCl2, with 552 kg/(mol.h) as its maximum, and the molar ratio of Al/Ni needed in the polymerization is lower than that of NiLCl2.
