摘 要: 以PMMA-IRK-304模内镶件注塑膜片材料为例,通过动态力学实验、高温单向拉伸实验及常温单向拉伸和压缩实验,对其力学性能进行研究,分析材料屈服和应变软化、应变硬化特性随温度变化情况以及静水压力效应等。 Mechanical behaviours of PMMA-IRK-304 used as in-mould decoration films are studied. Dynamic mechanical analysis experiments, uniaxial tension tests at several high temperatures in different tensile speed, uniaxial tension tests and uniaxial com- pression tests at room temperature are carried out to analysis the phenomenon of yielding, strain softening and strain hardening. Hydrostatic pressure effect is also investigated. The results will be used as advantageous references to discuss the stress condition and modelling of in-mould decoration films during the thermoforming process.
