摘　　要： 晚清清流派在思想观念、政争方式等多方面与守旧派相似,其以保守的政治态度和传统的价值观念活跃在清朝政府统治机构中,牵制着其他开新的政治派别。随着局势的发展,清流派实现了派系分流,其中一部分守旧分子最终成为了顽固守旧派。 The qingliu group in later Qing dynasty were the same with the traditional group in the ideas, political struggle and so on.. Their political attitude and concept of value were traditional, which restricted other political groups in the government. With the situation developing, the qingliu group separated, and some people in it became the member of traditional group.
