改善石棉胶乳抄取板滤水性能的研究

摘  要: 为实现石棉胶乳抄取板连续化造纸法生产,对抄取板的滤水性能进行了研究。筛分前的石棉纤维含有71.6%的细小纤维,对石棉纤维进行筛分后打浆,保护细小纤维,可减小对浆料滤水性能的影响。水中电解质会降低石棉纤维表面的正电性,影响石棉纤维与填料、胶乳的结合,降低纸料的滤水性能。加入APAM,可有效地改善纸料的滤水性能,APAM较佳用量为0.16%。采用CPAM/膨润土助留助滤体系,纸料的打浆度明显下降,CPAM较佳用量为0.02%,膨润土较佳用量为0.2%。 The drainage ability of asbestos latex sheets was studied in order to realize the continuous process of the production of asbestos latex sheets. It was found that asbestos contained about 71.6% fines. Therefore, it was necessary to separate the fines from the long fibers by screening, and only the long fibers were refined. Electrolyte in the water decreased the surface positive charge of asbestos fibers, which influenced the combination of asbestos fibers, filler and latex, and decreased the drainage ability. The treatment of the pulp with APAM obviously improved the drainage ability, and the optimal dosage of APAM was 0. 16%. The use of CPAM/bentonite retention and drainage aid system made the beating degree of asbestos pulp decreased significantly, the optimal dosage of CPAM was 0.02%, and the optimal dosage of bentonite was 0. 2%.
