摘 要: 采用LS-DYNA软件,利用Lagrange和自适应网格算法对金属的正挤压、反挤压和复合挤压进行了数值模拟。根据对内燃机气缸螺栓保护螺母复合温挤压的模拟结果,指导设计模具,并通过螺母挤压生产验证,提高了生产效率。 LS-DYNA software, Lagrange and adaptive grid algorithm were applied to simulate metal extrusion processes, including the forward extrusion, backward extrusion and combined extrusion. An extrusion die was developed according to the simulation result of a combined warm extrusion process for a nut for bolt-protection in an engine cylinder; and application shows the production efficiency to be increased.
