高气油比井井下混抽泵的研究与开发
Research and development of the downhole multiphase pump for wells of high gas-oil ratio

摘  要: 为了解决高气油比油藏在开发后期油藏压力下降,井筒内游离气大量析出,受泵吸入口含气体积分数的限制,常规举升技术无法应用的问题,研制开发了螺旋轴流式多相混抽泵。该泵利用螺旋轴流泵的增压原理,采用特殊设计的叶导轮,将游离气破碎并与液体混相,从而将气液两相混流抽出井筒。按照推导出的泵特性与结构关系,同时考虑影响增压单元内相态分离的因素,平衡各结构参数,设计了增压单元和试验样机,并进行了外特性试验。结果表明,混抽泵对含气体积分数大于30%的多相流增压混抽效果明显,泵的排量越大,转速越高,泵效和扬程越高。 To solve the problems such as the pressure decrease of the oil reservoir in the later stage of development of high gas-oil ratio reservoirs,large-scale precipitation of free gas in the wellbore and failure to apply the normal lifting technology due to the limit of the gas volume fraction of the pump suction nozzle,the helico-axial flow multiphase pump was developed. Using the booster principle of the helico-axial flow pump and adopting the specially designed vane guide pulley,the pump crushes the free gas and mixes it with the liquid,thus pumping the gas-liquid two-phase mixture out of the wellbore. In light of the derived relation between the property of the pump and its structure,in the meantime considering the elements affecting phase separation in the booster unit and balancing the parameters of the structures,the pressure booster unit and the sample pump for test were designed. An experiment was performed with the external properties of the sample pump. The results show that the multiphase pump has a noticeable effect on the booster pumping of multiphase flow with a gas volume fraction of over 30%. The larger the discharge capacity and the higher the rotating speed of the pump,the higher the pump efficiency and lift.
