摘　　要： 中国是最大的发展中国家,也是一个环境大国。环境外交已成为中国外交的重要组成部分。文章探讨了科学发展观与中国环境外交新战略的内在联系,并考察了科学发展观指导下中国环境外交的实践。指出中国应尽快构筑科学发展观维度下的环境外交新战略。 China is the biggest developing country and also a great environmental nation. Environmental diplomacy has become an important part of Chiaa＇s diplomacy. This article has discussed the inner contact between the scientific concept of development and new strategies for China＇s environmental diplomacy, inspected the practice of China＇s environmental diplomacy under the guidance of the scientific concept of development and pointed out that China should build new strategies for the environmental diplomacy under the dimensions of the scientific concept of development.
