摘　　要： 我国高校在校生规模持续扩大,学生住宿困难问题日趋显现,政府投资建设学生公寓的模式已无法满足高校发展的需要。引进社会资金兴建学生公寓,有利于减轻政府的财政压力,缩短学生公寓的建设周期。本文通过分析引资建设学生公寓存在的问题,提出解决问题的具体措施。 The students at colleges and universities in china continue to expand scale,student accommodation difficult problem apparents increasingly,government investment in building the model of student apartments has been unable to meet the needs of the development of colleges and universities.The introduction of social funds for the construction of student apartments,will be conducive to alleviating the financial stress and shorten the construction period of the student apartments.In this paper,by analyzing the introduction of social capital-building student housing problems,raises solutions to problems of specific measures.
