摘　　要： 通过一个实例,针对大型柔性板形工件因自重引起的翘曲变形影响,提出了采用正反测量法来进行加工和检验,从而保证其平面度或直线度要求的工艺方法。 In order to diminish the distortion by self-weight of large flexible sheet, it is put forward anormal-reverse measurement for processing and inspection through an example in this paper, then flatness and straightness can be assured.
