摘　　要： 农村成人教育是提高劳动者素质和技能水平、提高人力资源开发深度和广度的重要手段,是新农村建设的重要保障。农村成人教育具有有效需求不足等多重需求特征,其需求受农民愿望、支付能力和教育的可获得性等因素影响。发展农村成人教育需要统筹城乡教育资源,提高教育质量,激发农民受教育愿望;降低教育费用,加速公共财政覆盖农村进程,提高农民支付能力;完善成人教育体系,创新办学模式和教育培训方式,增强教育供给。 Rural adult education is an important mean to improve the quality and skills of workers and the depth and breadth of human resource development,it is the important guarantee for new rural construction.The need of adult education in rural areas is urgent.However,it depends on the desire of farmers,the ability to pay,the availability of education and so on.In order to better develop the rural adult education,it should balance urban and rural resources,improving the education quality,exciting the farmers＇ desire,reducing education cost,accelerating the process of public finance covering rural areas,improving the ability to pay,perfecting the system of adult education,creating models and methods of education and enhancing education supply and demand.
