摘 要: 从腐乳生产厂家提供的生产菌中分离出黄曲霉。将该菌的固体和液体培养物,在一定条件下产毒培养再经杀菌等方法处理后进行小鼠腹腔、皮下注射实验和家兔皮肤涂抹实验。腹腔和皮下注射组小鼠出现了中毒及死亡现象,酵母-蔗糖培养物腹腔注射组小鼠体重变化与相应对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。家兔皮肤轻度红肿和结痂,且皮肤增厚明显。以上结果表明,该菌对小鼠有一定毒性,对家兔具有一定的致皮肤炎性。通过研究为食品工业用菌的安全性评价提供了一定的理论依据。 ASP. Flaxus was isolated from gray sufu producing mucor supplied by sufu manufacturer in Haerbin. In order to identify the toxicity of the strain,two kinds of animals toxicity test i.e. celiac and hypodermic injection of mice test and rabbits skin daubing reaction test were performed with the supernatant of the culture fluid. Poisoning symptom and death phenomena appeared both in hypodermic injection and in celiac injection groups. The weight changes of mice of celiac injection yeast-sucrose culture group was evident(P〈0. 05)compared with comparison group. The skin of rabbit intumesced slightly and scab and was incrassated . The results shows that ASP. Flaxus is toxic for mice and can result in skin of rabbit appearing inflammation, meanwhile, The research will supply a base for safety evaluation system of fungus used in food processing Industry.
