摘　　要： 概率论与数理统计是高职院校绝大部分理工科专业重要的基础课程,既有理论又有实践,既讲方法又讲动手能力。由于当前高等职业技术教育的不断发展,人才培养模式也要随着进行转变。为了培养具备创新素质和实践能力的实用型高素质人才,必须改革现行教学模式,构筑教学新理念,本文在这方面提出一些有效的途径和方法。 Probability and statistics is the senior high vocational school college overwhelming majority science and engineering section professional important foundation course. It has both theory and practice, and it must pay attention to method as well as practical ability. With the development in higher vocational education, the mode of training must also change. In order to cultivate talents who have innovative quality and have practical ability of practical, we need reform the teaching mode and set up a new teaching principle. This paper puts forward some effective ways and methods.
