摘　　要： 在当代平等观中,人们在关于"什么的平等"这一问题上存有很多分歧。文章从当代平等观争论的主要问题——"什么的平等"入手,来研究罗纳德.德沃金与阿玛蒂亚.森在平等问题上的争论。在分析德沃金的"资源平等"和阿玛蒂亚.森的"能力平等"这两种平等范式的基础上探讨德沃金与阿玛蒂亚.森的平等之争及其在西方学界所引起的回应,最后对上述争论进行评价。能力平等注意到了资源平等所忽视的个人在资源转化能力上的差异,但能力平等和资源平等一样都面临着一定的困境。 In the contemporary equal views, people have many disputes on ＂equality of what？＂ From the perspective of ＂equality of what＂, the article studies the dispute about equality between Ronald Dwokin and Amartya Sen. Based on analyzing equality of resources or equality of capabilities, the article researches the dispute about equality between Ronald Dwokin and Amartya Sen and its response in the Western academic circles. At last, the article evaluates the above-mentioned issue. Equality of resources neglects the differences of the conversion ability of resources, and equality of capabilities takes notice of it. But both equality of capabilities and equality of resources are confronted with some predicaments.
