摘　　要： 在充分占有资料的基础上,对反倾销措施、保障措施和反补贴措施等三种WTO框架内贸易救济措施在各WTO成员国的实践情况作出了述评。 This article reviews the trade remedy practices among the WTO member countries on the base of large amounts of infor-mation in three aspects：the measures of anti -dumping, safeguard and countervailing.
