摘　　要： 通过对"适"和"宜"起源的探究,还原设计的本质。以产品设计为例从节约能源,合理装饰来说明设计中的"适",同时,从方便人使用和操作,并给使用者以良好的心理体验即产品设计的人性化方面来诠释设计中的"宜"。通过分析、比较"适"和"宜"两者的区别与联系,说明适宜性设计应该遵循的一般性原则,希望这些分析和总结可以给今后的设计以启示。 The origin of the suitability and the amenity were studied and the essence of design was reverted. With product design examples, the suitability in design was explained from the view points of energy saving and rational ornament; the amenity in design was explained from the view points facilitating operation and humanization. Suitability and amenity in design were analyzed and compared to get the difference and relation. The principia of modern design were concluded to provide inspiration for design.
