摘 要: 目的探讨在校教育如何减少护生心理落差,使护生端正学习态度积极正确对待在校教育,尽快适应临床实习。方法根据几届护生心理访谈以及国内外文献资料查阅。结果由于护理教学和临床实践的差别造成护生适应性心理落差,导致护生进入临床不适应以及对在校护理学习的重要性产生质疑。结论改善在校教育,关注护生心理,减少护生实习前后的心理落差。 Objective :Hope to school to improve the education of nursing students reduce psychological gap, so that the correct nursing students in the right positive attitude towards learning in school education, to adapt to clinical practice.Methods: According to several nursing students, as well as interviews with the psychological literature available. Result: As the nursing education and clinical practice of nursihg students caused by the difference between psychological adaptation, leading to clinical nursing students, as well as adapting to the nursing school to learn the importance of the doubt.Conclusion: To improve school education, concerned about the psychological nursing students, nursing students reduce psychological difference before and after practice.
