瓦斯浓度对爆炸传播影响的实验研究

摘  要: 在DN700mm试验管道中,进行了不同浓度瓦斯爆炸火焰、压力波传播试验。从中可以看出,爆源点的最大压力值,并不是整个过程的最大值;爆炸压力峰值与传播距离呈三次函数关系,瓦斯浓度对爆炸压力峰值影响较大;火焰速度随着传播距离的加长而依次增大,瓦斯浓度对火焰传播速度也有比较大的影响。研究结果为煤矿井下隔抑爆装置和瓦斯输送管道隔抑爆装置的研制及安装技术规范,制定奠定理论基础,同时,也为煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故调查分析提供理论依据。 Gas explosion flame and pressure wave propagation experiment under different density is carried on in the experiment piping of 700 millimeters diameter. Comparing and analyzing the experiment results, maximum pressure of explosion source is not the maximum pressure of whole process. Peak pressure has a cubic function with propagation distance, and influence of density impacting on peak pressure is analyzed. Flame speed increases in turn along with propagation distance lengthening, and influence of density impacting on flame propagation speed is also analyzed. Theory basement of technical criterion establishment is established which is about the research and installation of Across curb explode devices in the coal mine tunnel and gas transportation conduit. Meanwhile, theory basis of diagnoses for gas and coal dust explosion accidents in the coal mine is offered.
