摘　　要： 中国改革开放30年,不仅在物质文明建设上取得了举世公认的成就,在变革高度集权、还权于民等政治文明上同样取得了历史性的突破。其间,中国妇女劳动权不仅在立法层面取得了突破,而且在现实层面取得了实际的进步。 Within 30 years of reform and open China has gained not only universally acknowledged achievement in constructing material civilization but also historical breakthrough in constructing such political civilization as reforming high centralization of state power and returning rights to the people.In the period Chinese women's labor rights have obtained not only legislative breakthrough but also practical progress.
