摘 要: 纳米材料由于特殊的结构,不容易在紫外光固化体系中分散稳定,通过不同硅烷偶联剂和钛酸酯偶联剂的处理发现,钛酸酯偶联剂(JN-C)有助于提高纳米材料在紫外光固化体系中的分散稳定性,在此基础上,制备了紫外光固化纳米木器底漆,测试了其硬度、耐水性、耐醇性和耐磨性等理化性能,结果表明该涂料具有良好的理化性能。 Because of the special structure of nano material, it cannot steadily disperse in UV-curable system. After treating the nano material by different silane coupling agents and titanate coupling agents, it is concluded that titanate coupling agents (JN-C) can help to improve the dispersion stability of nano material in UV-urable system. Basing on this, VU-curable nano primer for wood is prepared. Through testing the hardness, water-resistance, alcohol-resistance and wear -resistance of the coatings, it is conclude that the coatings are of good chemical and physical performances.
