摘　　要： 民营企业的发展需要社会责任投资,针对不同发展阶段的民营企业应该采用不同的投资方式和投资标准。大型民营企业需要社会责任投资引导其自觉履行社会责任,而中小民营企业则需要社会责任投资助其走出融资难的困境。政府、非政府组织、学术机构、媒体等构成的企业外部环境的改善,也是社会责任投资作用于民营企业的关键。 The development of private enterprises needs SRI （Social Responsible Investment）, different forms and standards of investment should be adopted by private enterprises which are in different stages. SRI can lead big business to perform their CSR consciously, however small business need SRI to help with getting out of a tight financing spot. Govemment, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions and Medias are important for SRI to go into effect.
