摘 要: 对蒙脱土进行有机改性,并对改性蒙脱土进行红外(FT-IR)、X射线(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)表征;同时采用溶液插层法制备了乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)/蒙脱土纳米复合膜,并对其进行不等时间的紫外辐照处理。结果表明:改性后的蒙脱土表面由亲水变为疏水;层距由1.467 nm增大到3.5 nm;而经紫外辐照处理的复合膜的力学性能、阻隔性能得到了较好的提高,同时复合膜的透明性没受到影响。 Concerned about the organic modification of the montmorillonite clay, and the modified montmorillonite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (VHR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), the scanning electron microscope (SEM); simuhaneously used the solution intercalation prepared ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH) /montmorillonite (MMT) nanocomposite membrane; and treated it with UV- irradiation. The result indicated the modified montmorillonite clay surface became hydrophobic from hydrophilic ; the level distance increased to 3.5 nm from 1. 467 nm ; the mechanical properties and barrier properties of composite membrane had improved after treated under UV-irradiation, at the same time the transparency of composite films was not affected.
