摘 要: 本文分析了我国食品应急物流的特点与现状,探讨了如何建立食品应急物流体系,解决突发事件中受灾人员维持生命所必需的食品供应问题。提出应建立包括食品筹措体系、配送体系、指挥系统、信息系统、反馈评价体系的应急物流系统以及相应的保障机制。食品应急物流体系的建立将使我国应急食品以更加快速、更高质量满足突发事件中的需求。 This paper analyzed the characteristics and current situation of emergency food logistics for unexpected incidents in China, discussed the construction of emergency food logistics system in order to solve the supply problem of necessary food for human being. It put forwards that the construction of emergency food logistics system should include food raising system, distribution system, command and information system, evaluating system and safeguard mechanism. The perfect system will satisfy the demand of emergency food in unexpected incidents with higher quality and faster speed.
