摘　　要： 本研究以人力资本理论为基本框架,把专业选择行为视为一种人力资本投资选择,在高等教育这一层次上分析学生的投资选择行为。运用香港研究资助局资助的项目数据和多元逻辑回归方法,分析了我国大陆高中生留学专业选择的行为及其影响因素。研究发现,在控制了高中生个人特征和家庭背景等因素后,留学预期收益率和预期海外就业前景等经济因素对我国高中生的部分留学专业之间的选择存在显著影响。此外,本研究还发现一些因素之间的交互作用也显著影响了学生的部分专业选择。 Based on human capital theory, this study regards choice of major as the in： vestment selection of human capital which is analyzed at higher education level. Using Research Grants Council（RGC） project dataset and Multinomial Logistic Regression, this study futher analyzes Chinese Mainland high school students＇choice of major when studying abroad and its affecting factors. We find that some economic factors such as the expected ROR and expected overseas employment prospect have significant effects on our high school students＇ choice of some majors after controlling their individual characteristics and family background. Moreover, the interaction between some factors is other noticeable impact.
