摘 要: 对多轴载荷作用下的多孔薄壁构件进行了应力与损伤特点分析。分析表明,在不同比例的载荷作用下,构件上的最大等效应力点将发生变化,而随着循环载荷谱型的变化,构件上的最大损伤位置也将发生变化;提出了一种基于疲劳损伤等效原则、针对多危险点单轴应力破坏模式的多载荷疲劳试验谱编制方法,首先由疲劳损伤计算方法,得到构件上各危险点位置及该点的疲劳损伤值。再根据疲劳损伤等效准则,将针对各个危险点分别进行反推后得到的多载荷谱连接起来,即为多载荷试验谱。根据对多孔薄壁构件的计算,基于损伤等效方法编制的多载荷谱定量地保证了试验载荷谱与原载荷谱的疲劳损伤一致,操作简单可行。 The characteristics of stress and damage in a multi-hole cylinder are analyzed under multi-axial loading. It is found that the position of largest stress and damage in the structure will move with the loading. A new method based on equivalent damage is developed to compile fatigue loading test spectrum in uniaxial stress field with multidanger points under multi-axial loading. First, the fatigue damage at every danger point is calculated. Then the fatigue loading test spectrum is compiled by linking the constant cycles which is searched by the rule of equivalent damage in danger points. According to the analysis of multi-hole structure, the method can ensure the equivalent damage of the test spectrum and the origin spectrum, and the operation is simple and feasible.
