摘　　要： 从T载体上得到的目的基因和dhfr共扩增基因真核表达载体构建了pCI-PrP102。纯化后的重组质粒通过脂质体转染CHO/dhfr-细胞,经MTX加压筛选获得稳定表达的细胞株,间接免疫荧光试验检测到目的蛋白的表达。 ：The target genes from T - vector were connected with dhfr co - amplified gene of eukaryotic vector and constructed pCI -PrP102. Purified recombinant plasmids were transferred into CHO/dhfr- cell through liposome, and obtained the stable expression of the cell strains after MTX screening, and indirect immunity fluorescence analysis detected the expression of the goal protein.
