摘 要: 发展了一种在聚乙二醇介质中端基炔烃环三聚反应的方法,在氯化钯(0.04 mol)、氯化铜(1mmol)、PEG-400(1.5 g)的作用下,0.5 mmol端基炔烃可以顺利发生环三聚反应,区域选择性生成含苯环芳香族化合物,该反应产率较高,对环境友好,且催化体系可以适当地重复使用. An efficient cyclotrimerization of terminal alkynes in poly( ethylene glycol)-400 (PEG-400) has been developed. In the presence of PdC12 (0.04 mol), CuC12 ( 1 mmol) and PEG-400 ( 1.5 g), a variety of terminal alkynes ( 1 retool) underwent cyclotrimerization smoothly and formed regio-selectively the corresponding benzene derivates with good yield. It is worth while to note that the reaction was conducted under environment friendly conditions, and the catalyst could be properly recycled.
