摘 要: 运用自组织理论,分析了高职教育系统的自组织机制,并针对我国高职教育管理体系存在的问题,将自组织性引入高职教育系统的管理中来,从认识观、规划布局和方法论三个层面来考虑问题,为高职教育体系的改革与发展提供新的理念与方法。 This article analyzed the mechanism of self-organization in the management of the higher vocational education system by using the theory of self-organization and introducing the theory into the management of higher vocational education system in allusion to the problems exists in the system of higher vocational education management, and thinking from the three aspects of cognition view, planning and methodology so as to offer new idea and means for the reform and development of higher vocational education system.
