摘　　要： 20世纪三、四十年代,针对当时落后的卫生事业现状,国民政府在医疗机构的设置、医事制度的建立和卫生意识的提升方面做出了努力,为推进中国卫生保障事业的发展做出了一定的贡献。 During the period of the 1930＇ s to 1940＇ s, the government of Kuo Min Dang made some effects to push the public health services system in the following aspects：medical organizations, medical institution and hygiene ideas in order to change the bad hygiene condition.
