摘　　要： 选聘高校毕业生村官,是中央做出的一项重大决策,不仅是新农村建设的需要,也是大学生发展和地方院校发展的需要。地方院校培养毕业生应聘村官,既要有正确的理论指导又要有灵活的措施方法,只有做到理论与实践的密切联系,才能真正实现地方院校培养农村经济社会发展需要的新型人才。 The selection and employment of university graduates as rural officials is a major decision that the central government has made, which is not only the needs of the new rural reconstruction, but also the needs of development of the university students and the local colleges and universities. The local colleges and universities training graduates to be employed as rural officals, have both a correct theoretical guidance and a flexible measure. Only by linking theory with practice can local colleges and universities train the new talents who meet the needs of economic and social development in rural areas.
