摘 要: 研究了摇瓶发酵过程中添加物对兽疫链球菌Streptococcus zooepidemicus发酵生产透明质酸的影响。结果表明:在发酵5h时,装液量80mL/500mL,转速300rpm,添加1.0%的丙酮可以使HA产量提高23.25%。丙酮可以作为一种有效的添加物应用于HA的生产。 The effect of differentence adding substance to the producing of HA produced by Streptococcus zooepidemicus in shake-bottle fermentation was studied in this paper. The results indicated that a 23.25% increase was obtained by adding acetone (1.0%)at 5h, the volume of zymotic fluid is 80mL in the 500mL shakebottle, by 300rpm in the course of fermentation.The acetone can be used in the producing of HA as an effective adding substance.
