摘　　要： 资源型企业如何通过产业转型实现持续发展是当前我国产业转型升级亟待解决的重大问题。不可再生资源的逐渐枯竭和环境的日益恶化、快速的产业变化、日益激烈的市场竞争,越来越多的资源型企业面临着产业转型的挑战。本文从理论上对资源型企业的产业转型模式进行探讨,期望对资源型企业成功实施产业转型提供一些借鉴和参考,以实现企业可持续发展,从而促进企业所在区域的经济、社会持续健康稳定发展。 Chinese resources-based enterprises are now facing how to transform their industrial modes so as to achieve the sustainable development. The challenges come from the non-recovering resources, deteriorating environment, fast industrial changes, furious market competition, which necessitates an industrial transformation for these enterprises. This paper, theoretically, discusses the transformation modes and presents some suggestions enhancing enterprise＇s sustainable development, which therefore can boost the local economic and social development where the enterprises are located.
